Event Space Rental Details

  • Back Room: Accommodates up to 75 guests — $350 for a 12-hour rental.

  • Entire Building: Accommodates up to 135 guests — $550 for a 12-hour rental.

All bookings are for a 12-hour block. You’re not required to use the full time, but the 12-hour rate applies.

Deposits:

  • Back Room — $100 deposit required to reserve.

  • Entire Building — $200 deposit required to reserve.
    Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your balance.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

We welcome outside caterers and décor of your choice. Our facility includes:

  • Full-size refrigerator

  • Sink

  • 14-foot food table

  • Six 6-foot tables with chairs

  • All linens included

  • Parking directly in front of Gabbert City Park, behind the building
